    What are the payment options?

    The standard payment methods are iDeal or credit card. Would you rather pay on account? Request a corporate account here!

    Can I order and pay on account?

    Of course! You can request a corporate account here. With a custom corporate account, all your colleagues can order cool gifts on account.

    Can I request an offer?

    Yes, you can! Do you want a big amount (min. 100 pieces) and/or do you have specific wishes such as custom design? Cool, bring it on! Fill in this questionnaire and based on your answers we will make a custom offer for you. And of course, with no obligations!

    What are the delivery times?

    The delivery terms depend on the selected product & supplier. The desired delivery date? You decide! Good to know: the postal service collects the gifts 1 day before the delivery date. In principle, the packages will be delivered the next (business) day, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this because we depend on the postal service. If you’re doubting about the delivery date, we advise you to take some extra time and choose an earlier date!

    What are the delivery costs?

    The delivery terms depend on the selected product, the supplier, and on the country of destination. Are you ordering multiple products? We will calculate the costs based on the amount of delivery addresses. With the extended delivery service, you will know what to expect in no time!

    Can you deliver the gifts to multiple different addresses?

    Of course, what you prefer! Are you choosing a delivery to one unique address, or are you choosing a delivery to multiple (home)addresses? Just tell us, and we will make sure that the gifts will be delivered to the right place(s) at the right time.

    Do you send gifts abroad as well?

    Yes, of course! We can also surprise your colleagues abroad with cool gifts! Deliveries abroad entail extra delivery costs. Scroll through the delivery service to calculate the costs.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Changing or cancelling your order is possible, depending on the amount, delivery time, and type of products you have chosen. Feel free to contact us to discuss the options.

    I want to add a greeting card to my order, how does that work?

    We offer a wide selection of fantastic greeting cards that you can add to your order. Would you rather design the cards yourself? That is also possible, starting from 50 pieces! Just choose “custom design” during the process. We will then contact you to discuss the design. Have a look at our cards and the requirements for a custom design here!

    Is the data I share secure?

    Don’t worry about it! Absoluta is ISO27001 certified, therefore all personal data on our platform is maximally secured. This way you run no risks and we prevent data violations. Would you like to use a data processing agreement? Contact us!

    What else can I order from Absoluta?

    Do you need lunch for a meeting, cake, catering, or good meals at the office or at an external location? We can arrange it! Also, for birthday gifts, a thank you gift or flowers, you’ve come to the right place. And obviously with a greeting card and delivered where and when you want! We will take care of it from start to finish.
